I enjoyed my stay at Thompson Playa Del Carmen Beach House, with its great location right on the beach and spacious rooms. I recently stayed at Thompson Playa Del Carmen Beach House for a couple of nights, and while the location was fantastic right by the beach and the partial sea view upgrade was a lovely surprise, I found the overall experience didn’t quite justify the high price tag. The service was lacking on several fronts, particularly when some dining options were limited during the New Year’s Eve event. I expected more from the amenities given the rate I paid. 🌊
